With over 21 years in the pest control industry, Matthew Pidgeon brings unmatched expertise and leadership to Conquered Pest Solutions. Matt began his career installing accounts and quickly advanced to managing a full commercial route as a pest technician. His dedication and skill led him to become a Field Operations Manager, where he successfully managed a team of more than 12 technicians, ensuring top-tier service and operational excellence.

Matt has serviced and overseen accounts across Southern New Hampshire and Massachusetts, including retail food establishments, universities, school districts, and assisted living facilities. He specializes in audited environments such as food production and medical device manufacturing, where compliance and precision are critical.

Beyond common pests, Matt's experience extends to identifying and resolving issues with non-native species—such as Australian roaches—making him the perfect call when your home or business faces an unfamiliar pest problem. If you're unsure what's causing the issue, Matt will find the answer and solve it.

Joel Bradford brings over 11 years of experience in the pest control industry and a reputation for thoroughness, professionalism, and customer care. Starting his career as a commercial pest technician, Joel serviced businesses throughout Manchester, Concord and north into Laconia, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and multi-residential properties. His dedication to solving pest issues and his friendly, professional approach earned him a loyal customer base—many clients requested Joel exclusively for their service needs.

After several years in the field, Joel was promoted to Field Operations Manager, where he led a team of seven technicians across central and northern New Hampshire. His leadership ensured consistent quality and operational excellence. Later, Joel transitioned into an Account Executive role, where he managed and onboarded thousands of commercial accounts, helping businesses implement effective pest management programs tailored to their unique needs.

Joel's combination of hands-on experience, leadership skills, and customer-first mindset makes him an invaluable resource for businesses and homeowners alike. At Conquered Pest Solutions, Joel's mission is simple: deliver reliable solutions with integrity and care.

With 10 years of experience in the pest control industry, Chris Laliotis brings a customer-first approach and deep operational knowledge to Conquered Pest Solutions. Chris began his career as an inside sales representative and quickly advanced to becoming a Commercial Account Executive, within six months. He worked closely with service technicians, area operations managers, and office staff to ensure smooth installations of new commercial accounts and resolve customer service issues efficiently.

Chris has extensive experience managing accounts for restaurant and hotel chains, as well as developing detailed maps and programs for audited food production facilities and medical device manufacturers. He also oversaw a portfolio of accounts across central and northern New Hampshire, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Driven by a mission to put the customer first, Chris is committed to finding solutions—whether by resolving issues directly or assembling the right team to get the job done. His dedication to service and problem-solving makes him an invaluable resource for businesses seeking reliable pest management.

With over three years of hands-on experience in the pest management industry, Brian Surette brings a strong combination of field expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to Conquered Pest Solutions.

Brian began his career as a field technician, where he developed extensive experience identifying pest issues, implementing effective treatment strategies, and providing customers with knowledgeable, dependable service. His attention to detail and understanding of Integrated Pest Management allows him to look beyond simply treating a pest problem and focus on identifying the conditions contributing to it and developing long-term solutions.

In 2026, Brian joined Conquered Pest Solutions as our first full-time IPM Service Specialist. In this role, he works directly with our residential and commercial customers to provide thorough inspections, preventative services, pest monitoring, and customized solutions designed around each property's unique needs.

Brian's field knowledge, strong work ethic, and dedication to providing a high level of service makes him a tremendous asset to Conquered Pest Solutions. Most importantly, he represents the level of professionalism, reliability, and customer care we want every Conquered Pest customer to experience.

Jeff Blais brings more than six years of pest control experience to the Conquered Pest Solutions team, along with an extensive background in professional wildlife management. As one of our IPM Service Specialists, Jeff helps customers solve a wide range of pest issues with effective, targeted, and long-lasting solutions.

In addition to his role at Conquered Pest Solutions, Jeff is the owner and operator of NH Wildguard, a fully licensed and insured wildlife control company serving New Hampshire and handling wildlife concerns for our customers. He specializes in the trapping, exclusion, and prevention of wildlife intrusions, helping homeowners and businesses address concerns involving squirrels, bats, raccoons, skunks, groundhogs, and virtually any other nuisance wildlife species.

Jeff's hands-on expertise, commitment to customer service, and deep understanding of general pest and wildlife behavior make him a trusted resource for protecting homes and businesses from unwanted animal activity.
